INGREDIENTS

2 Cups diced pineapple

Pineapple peels

Date sugar or date puree. You can use any sweetener of your choice (Optional)

1-liter water

DIRECTIONS

• Put diced pineapples, peels, and date sugar or date puree in a saucepan and cover with one liter of water. Bring to boil for 5-10 minutes.

Strain and allow to chill before serving.
