HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE VAGINA

Feminine hygiene is one necessity that is often neglected. Genital organs are an intimate region that plays an essential role in overall female health. Proper vagina hygiene is necessary to avoid problems like-abnormal discharge, vagina infection, dryness of the vagina, unnatural odor and long term illnesses such as cervical/ovarian cancer. WAYS TO KEEP THE VAGINA  CLEAN

1. MAINTAINING GOOD HYGIENE: Proper vagina hygiene is maintained by using plain, unperfumed soaps to wash the vulva gently, avoiding gels and antiseptics as these can disrupt the healthy balance of bacteria and pH level of the vagina and can as well cause irritation.

4. EXERCISE: it does have to be a long-lasting exercise but a normal exercise such as walking and running helps maintain good vaginal function as these exercise helps the pelvic floor to tone up and ensure good general health.

5.CERVICAL SCREENING: Being screened regularly means any abnormal changes in the cervix can be identified early and if necessary, treated to stop cancer development

To top it all, a good rinse with clean, clear warm water is most essential. The vagina has everything it needs to stay in good shape.
