1. Peanut Butter and Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 Tablespoon peanut butter

2 Cups diced pineapples

2 Ripe bananas

1 Teaspoon date sugar (Optional)

2. Tigernut Milk and Pawpaw Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup tiger nut milk

1 Cup diced pawpaw

1 Cup diced apples

1 Teaspoon date sugar (Optional)

3. Soy Milk and Peanut Butter Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Soy milk 

2 Tablespoons peanut butter

1 Cup diced apples

1 Teaspoon date sugar (Optional)

4. Apple and Watermelon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup diced apples

1 Cup diced watermelons

2 ripe bananas

1 Teaspoon date sugar (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

For All Flavors:
