4 Juice Recipes to Help You Quit Smoking

• 3 oranges

• 2 green apples

• 1 cucumber

• 1 lemon

• 2 mint leaves

• A glass of water

PREPARATION

1st option

• Remove seeds and squeeze out the juice from the lemon.

• In a blender, add the apples, mint leaves, lemon juice, cucumber,and a glass of water, and blend on a go.

• Sieve and serve in a glass.

2nd option  

• Put all ingredients in a juicer (without the glass of water), and juice on a go. Serve!

4. Lung-Cleansing Carrot Juice

Carrot, lemon, and orange are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Due to the damaging effects that tobacco has on the lung and skin, it is very important to consume Iung-cleansing/anti-aging fruits and vegetables, which will help cleanse and repair the lung and skin when quitting smoking.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 carrots

• 2 oranges

• ½ lemon

PREPARATION

1st option

• Blend the carrots and sieve out the juice.

• Remove seeds and squeeze out the juices from the oranges and lemon.

• Mix the juices in a cup and drink.

2nd option

Put all ingredients into a juice extractor and juice on a go. Serve and enjoy!
